Biography
Justin Rouse gradutated Drury University in Springfield, MO with honors in 2004. During the summer of 2004, he moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to begin attending the University of Tulsa School of Law. There he earned the Cali Excellance for the Future award in Health Law. In May of 2011, he was the recipient of the Equal Access to Justice Award. He is a proud father of three wonderful children.
